1. The Service

IMEIFast is an online platform that provides device and IMEI-related lookup tools. Results may depend on third-party sources and can be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the service.

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Credits, Pricing & Purchases

1 USD = 1 credit
Minimum purchase: $5
Credits are added after successful payment confirmation.
Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

5. Prohibited Use

Attempt to bypass authentication or rate limits
Automate access in a way that harms the service
Use the service for unlawful purposes

6. Availability

We may modify or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
